Panchkula. On the occasion of 78th Independence Day, a blood donation camp was organized by Shri Krishna Gau Seva Group, Vishwas Foundation. The camp was organized from 10 am to 3 pm in the community hall of village Mauli. Vishwas Foundation President Sadhvi Neelima Vishwas said that the camp was inaugurated by village sarpanch Vikram Singh and sister Anita Rani by donating badges to the donors. The team of Blood Bank Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, New Chandigarh collected 62 units of blood under the supervision of Dr Naveen Bansal. 74 donors registered to donate blood in the camp. Of these, 12 were refused to donate blood due to health related problems. The cooperation of Sarpanch Vikram Singh, Sister Anita Rani, Bhola Ram, Sanjeev, Dr. Naresh Sharma, Tarsem Singh Rana, Rahul Rana, Block Committee members Manoj Rana and Kiranpal in making the camp successful was commendable.
