India entangled in Banarakas syndrome

Nowadays, a sentence has created a stir all over India and some other countries, ‘Dekh raha hai Vinod’. Bhushan of the web series ‘Panchayat’, whom some people of Phulera village call ‘Banrakas’, tries to provoke Vinod by telling him various things through this sentence. To further his political interests, Banarakas tries to analyze the truth of every matter in his own way and spread it among Vinod and his friends. This is ‘Banrakas Syndrome’. In Western countries this attitude or procedure is called ‘post tooth’. If you remember, this word was used several times in the 2020 US elections.

The concept of ‘Post Tooth’ i.e. North Truth is new in India. We are residents of the country of ‘Satyamev Jayate’. Even when a citizen of our country takes oath in the court, he says, ‘I will tell the truth, I will not say anything other than the truth.’ The concept of post-tooth is to say and propagate something ‘other than the truth’. We can understand this from the consequences of modernity and post-modernity in India because we have a culture that believes in the ‘ever new and eternal’, hence we maintained the original cultural ideas even in the era of modernity and post-modernity. We cut the cake on the birthday, along with the child’s lamp.
