In a recent incident, the CM Flying Squad conducted a raid on Ramgarh Fort Hotel on Saturday night. The raid resulted in the discovery of 277 bottles of beer, three bottles of liquor, and seized hookah flavors from the premises. The hotel owner and manager were asked to present a liquor permit, but they failed to provide any documentation.
As a result of the raid and the absence of a liquor permit, a case has been registered against the hotel owners, Ashutosh Chandel and Gaurav Sharma, at Chandimandir Police Station based on the complaint filed by the CM Flying Squad.
This incident highlights the enforcement of liquor regulations and the crackdown on establishments operating without the necessary permits. The raid serves as a reminder to businesses to comply with the legal requirements and obtain the appropriate permits to avoid legal consequences.
